Attorney Richard Y. Cheng is co-head of Shannon Gracey’s Healthcare Group and has an extensive healthcare law practice with particular concentration representing home health agencies,assisted living facilities, physician groups, hospices, and rehabilitation providers. He counsels clients on corporate transactions, healthcare regulatory and compliance matters, administrative appeals, and Medicare related transactions (e.g. CHOWs). Mr. Cheng is licensed in Texas and Minnesota, having graduated from Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law Center. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Cheng worked as a licensed occupational therapist in Dallas and has published extensively on health care legal matters.
