As an Associate Member, you become part of a collaborative community that supports, connects, and elevates the home care and hospice industry.
We offer two engagement-based membership levels, giving Associate Members access to a strong suite of benefits and the flexibility to choose the tier that best aligns with their goals. For more information on Associate membership options and benefit features click here.
Eligibility: A professional or organization who is affiliated through ownership, control, or management with one or more licensed home and community support services agencies may only qualify for Associate Membership if the affiliated agency is or also becomes Provider Member. This requirement also applies when the affiliation is through a spouse.
Certified or licensed home and community support services agencies, as well as statewide associations whose members consist of certified or licensed HCSSA agencies, are not eligible for Associate Membership.
