The Texas Association for Home Care & Hospice is pleased to offer RCTCLEARN.Net, an on demand, internet-based program. These courses are offered at NO COST to TAHC&H members! That's right - no extra fees to access the courses!


This comprehensive group of online training courses was designed specifically for the home care and hospice industries and provides quality training to Personal Care Attendant/Aides, Home Health Aides, Nurses (including CNE's), CNA's, Therapists and Volunteers.


Each course features fully-interactive curriculum created by the Center for Business and Workforce Education at Rochester Community and Technical College (RCTC) The RCTCLEARN.Net program offers you convenience because the courses can be taken anytime, anywhere. Each RCTCLEARN.Net course features printed certificates, links to further information, and quizzes. You will be able to track the progress of your individual employees who are using the training program, and thereby fully utilize a valuable training tool.


RCTCLEARN.Net is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Wisconsin Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. Courses have a final quiz that must be passed at a 70% pass rate in order to qualify for ANCC CE's, as well as a survey and certificate of completion tracking system. An exact course listing of approved courses is listed in the side bar.  Please remember - An unlimited number of your staff may take as many courses as desired.

TAHC&H Members...you have already been provided 10 user accounts with RCTCLEARN.Net. Call the TAHC&H office at (800) 880-8893 to get your agency username/password information. You can be provided with additional usernames and logins if you have more than 10 employees who need to take courses.


We suggest that you designate an RCTCLEARN.Net coordinator within your agency. This person is the one who will receive usernames and will be the point of contact with TAHC&H.


Non-Members...you may use this service for the following fee: Each related parent license must sign up for RCTCLEARN.NET.* The fee for the first license is $650, which includes 100 usernames and passwords for a period of 6 months.   • Get your username and password from your supervisor or education coordinator.
  • Read the Student Guide.
  • Browse the Home Health Care & Hospice Catalog, the Direct Care Worker Catalog, or the Professional Catalog
  • Login
  • Click the Course of your choice.
    • Each course includes a quiz.
    • After completion of all quizzes in the course, you can print a certificate to keep for your records.
    • The entire course does not have to be taken at one time. You can save your work, then continue where you left off anytime.
    • The system will keep track of each course you have completed.
