Traveling on a Budget?  Here’s How to Save:
1.    Register by October 30 to take advantage of the early bird discounted rate. (Payment required at time of registration)
2.    Make your hotel reservations in the TAHC&H room block at the Westin Galleria Hotel by the cutoff date of November 2.
3.    Enjoy meals that are included in your registration (depending on the days you are registered):
    Lunch on November 16, conference “Grab-n-Go” breakfasts on November 17 & 18, and Lunch on November 17.

Host Hotel:  The host hotel is the Westin Galleria Houston, 5060 W Alabama Street, Houston, Texas 77056. The TAHC&H group rate is $149 single/double when reservations are made by the November 2nd cut-off date, subject to availability.  The hotel block sold out last year so make your reservations NOW – call the Westin at (713) 960-8100 and mention the conference code ZRO or ask for the 'TX Assn for Home Care  Hospice Conf.' You can also book online. 48 hours’ notice is required for refund of deposit. Please note that there are two Westin Hotels located in the Galleria Mall. This conference will be held at the Westin “Galleria” Hotel.

Airports: Hobby Airport is approximately 20 miles from the hotel, and George Bush Intercontinental Airport is located approximately 27 miles from the host hotel.  • Transportation: Ground transportation is available from both airports via taxis and Super Shuttle.  The estimated taxi fare from Bush Intercontinental Airport is $60 and Hobby is $55.  Transportation with Super Shuttle can be arranged by calling (800) 258-3826. Estimated shuttle fares are $25 from Hobby Airport and $24 from Bush Intercontinental.

Parking:  There is free self-parking in the Galleria Mall parking garage.
