Associate Membership FAQs

What is an Associate Membership?

Associate members are persons or entities that have an interest in health services and involved in activities related to home and community support services (HCSSA).

A person or entity affiliated with one or more licensed home and community support services agencies through ownership, control, or management may only be an associate member the affiliated licensed home and community support services agencies is a current Provider Member. This includes affiliation through a spouse. Certified or licensed home and community support services agencies or statewide associations whose membership is comprised of certified or licensed home and community support services agencies are not eligible for associate membership.

 


What does this new pricing structure mean for my existing membership?

Nothing, unless you want it to! Current TAHC&H members can renew at the current rate of associate dues (The Basic). However, if you would like to upgrade now to the Enhanced or Ultimate Levels, contact us at membership@tahch.org and we can work out the details together! 

 


Can I still contact TAHC&H Regulatory Experts without upgrading our membership?

Only until September 30, 2020 after which all regulatory inquiries will be limited to Enhanced and Ultimate Associate Members only. Please see benefits for each tier here


I currently serve on a TAHC&H committee, do I have to upgrade our membership now?

The current committee year runs until September 30, 2020. You are eligible to continue serving on your committee(s) until September 30, 2020. In order to sign up to serve on the next committee year beginning in October 2020, you must upgrade your Associate Membership to the Enhanced or Ultimate Level. Please see benefits for each tier here.



What does the member list consist of and how will it be delivered?

As part of the Ultimate Associate membership benefit, a member list will be emailed to your organization’s main contact in an Excel format semi-annually. The list includes: Organization Name, Mailing Address, Email, Phone and Fax.



When will the TAHC&H App Advertising be available?
